birdfeeder

This Bud is for YOU

007I love this photo.

This birdfeeder was painted by my son who at the time was 2 1/2.

It  hangs so peacefully from the old pear tree,  moss almost ready to start covering it.  They look like they are one with each other and have enjoyed each other through the years.

I often get people in at work asking how to remove moss from there tree. I could never understand why you would want to remove it. Moss adds so much beauty and character to a tree. I know this tree has lived, it has had many children climb on it. Birds live in it. It has fed many people and critters alike. It no longer produces fruit and I enjoy that it  lives out retirement in our backyard with a swing and birdfeeder soaking up sunshine and bringing endless happiness.
